SHIPPING
All packages are shipped through USPS.  

LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE (With a 10% discount)
Select this option in the dropdown menu and I’ll send you an email to work out the details. Pick-up location is a block from Discovery Park, Seattle WA. You will receive a 10% refund after purchase.

RETURNS
If the product is not what you expected, or you have changed your mind, email hello@heididyer.com with the subject “RETURNS” for directions.  Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving and item. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as safely packing the item for transit.
